Effective January 1, 2026, all sample types other than TSUs will incur an $8 per sample upcharge.
All TSUs other than Allflex TSUs will incur a $2 per sample upcharge.
This is due to extra fees associated with shipping and extraction at the lab.

Please note:

  • TSU brands other than Allflex, such as GeneCheck, incur a $2.00 upcharge.

  • Hair samples require special handling and incur an $8.00 upcharge.

  • Cold samples (e.g., blood, tissue) require special handling and incur an $8.00 upcharge.

Payments and Invoicing

​

  • Invoices are issued by email a few days after the submission deadline.

  • We prefer payment by check made payable to Superior Farms. Include the invoice number on your check.  You may include a check with your samples or wait for the invoice and mail payment to our California office.

  • To pay by credit card by phone after you receive the invoice, please leave a message for Maria in our Accounting Department at 530-297-3569.

  • Online payment is not available at this time.

  • Results will not be sent until all outstanding balances associated with your account are paid in full.

  • Refunds cannot be given once samples have been sent to the lab.
